Her, born in 1982 in Vysoké Mýto, graduated in theology and creative writing, writer of prose, children’s books, and scripts for comics and animated films. Him, born in 1981 in Brno, graduated in religious studies and sociology, writer of poetry, short stories, novels, and the editor-in-chief of the literary magazine Host.
They have met as authors in the novel Byt (Apartment, 2025). They said about it: “We wanted to write a book together. Because no one has done it for a long time. To find out what it is like when different perspectives of characters are not simulated by one author. And we also wanted to give the reader the opportunity to read a novel from two sides and thus decide how it begins and ends.”
